As you perhaps closing hours clubs and Kuta bars know were changed in the last month that of 3am.
This departure caused a reaction complaints revelers and hardcore alcoholics as well as restrictions were placed on their ability to get ly and completely twisted. Even after the change of time they still manage to get completely cripple as I noticed a tourist fainted last night against a tree.
I took it upon myself to get the heart of Kuta and actually ask the regulars and residents that their views were.
The first person to ask course must be one of the partygoers above by the name of Andrew Morito-Karn which looked delicious sunset on Kuta beach. After much thought, sipping his Bintang he proclaimed that the closing time of change was actually a positive development as it will decrease the amount of drunken fights occur.
Beside him sat Taufik Sanur sweet spirited surfer who was born and raised in Bali. He also agreed with Andrew and said that the only benefits of clubs and bars that stay open until 5 am as before, would be to trim purse club owners (coincidently enough would mean the sharp decline in portfolio size belonging to partygoers, funny that).
Gidi taxi Bali was very surprised when I approached him after shouting "Transport! Transport! "Me. I then posed the question of how this change has affected its portfolio liner. He shook his head and said that for the sake of some peace Rupiah Kuta was what mattered and he agreed with the new closing hours. he said that only persons already gathered at dawn were problematic to say the least, often forgetting where they stayed and abusive when he could not read their minds as to people who do not pay their rates.
Putu director of Eikon was also welcoming the change as he said that residents of Kuta to be respected. They need at least a little peace in their days to get some much needed rest from the bustle of Kuta.
Next on Jl. Legian trail was the Double staff D. They were very pleased with the closing time of three hours that meant they could go home earlier. Good point!
One of the patrons of the half comatose on the seat adds that he was "bloody terrible," the bars are open until late more than, "I can not get as much I want lost "his eyes rolled a few times, then he said:" in fact just ignore me, I'm f ** ked. "When I asked him what his name was and where he was, he replied:" I'm from England, my name is Elvis Costello. "Hmm ...
Last but not least Rosie was the lady of the homeless, often seen sleeping on the sidewalk with her short red dress. I'm not sure she really understood my question my Indonesian is not really broken sufficing. My sign language seemed to do the trick. She just answer with a simple declaration that the night was cold. Bless his soul.
So overall the wide range of people I asked, everybody seems to have accepted this change as it keeps the chaos that is often Kuta on the night of the explosion in anarchy . Less fighting, less crime and of course the residents receive few precious hours of sleep. I say cheers to that.
