a bustling cafe area with a lot of style, is a TOGO adding very well received in the office area of the World Trade Center ! Finally, we have a cafe serving excellent coffee and a variety of delicious sandwiches, salads and burgers.
What started as a small sandwich bar concept has become a cafe full service, offering everything from a range of breakfasts, light lunches and hearty meals. The menu is full of choices and chocka is constantly changing. The TOGO team like keeping interesting (good news for regulars) and add specials on a whim as the best and finest ingredients available. For example, at the time of writing additional special offers included Roast Half Chicken.
TOGO has a casual atmosphere and retro welcomingly. floors black and white tiled, blackboard menus and light art on the walls. It hums with the buzz of friends enjoying lunch together and catch up colleagues for a quick coffee.
I tried a number of options for breakfast, so I'll give you an overview of my choice.
as well as sandwiches and paninis there are a variety of tours to choose from. I had the Rendang Wrap, slowly cooked rendang ground beef, sauce and yellow rice wrapped in naan. comfort food on a rainy day.
Now for the not healthy, but oh so good ... TOGO beef burger tastes better than a house, so no surprise that it is one of the most popular meals on the menu (and there is a bargain at only Rp. 38k). A juicy beef patty grilled with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and caramelized onions in a hot bread sesame seeds. For those with extra large appetites, there is also the Monster Burger Munch, weighing half a kilo!
The Vietnamese chicken sandwich
The French toast emblematic is also available in two forms. I recently Croque Madame, essentially a Croque Monsieur topped with a sunny egg up. toasted country toast sweet and full of salty smoked beef and melted cheese. It is delicious and not surprisingly a firm favorite with French customers.
The burgers, wraps and sandwiches are served on wooden boards with a small dish of potato salad - a welcome change from the usual side of fries (but you can also order fries, even the curly variety). Wraps and sammys are mostly about the Rp.30-40k price, and you pay Rp.62k for a steak sandwich. All prices are nett.
The breakfast menu daily and includes the usual faves, as well as two large meals breakfast style - The English and breakfast patron. The Full Monte Cristo, a brioche sandwich eggy fried "will rock your dad," according to the description of eccentric menu! I am not here yet eaten breakfast, but if the food is anything to go by, it should be good. I could try tomorrow ...
If the menu was not comprehensive enough, there is even a crepe stand on one side of the cafe. I had a crepe filled with banana and chocolate 3:00 p.m. a decadent pleasure to increase the sugar. I also have to try the churros with chocolate. Dangerously good things!

Shipping is free in the offices of the World Trade Center / Metropolitan, and if you are in a nearby building, you can still make a delivery for a small charge Rp.10k.
Drinks wise, they have everything from fruit lassi cider Albens. Iced tea is served in a jar - shaken with real fruit and strained, served ice cold. Coffee is also excellent. Togo's coffee beans from a local Javanese producer, a unique blend of roasted TOGO. I hear that the management of coffee settled on the right blend after tasting literally hundreds of cups of coffee!
TOGO is a boon for us office workers in the area and worth a visit if you're looking for a tempting range of food at a trendy little cafe in town.
