angels & Devils is a shop where budding fashionistas can be found, where the angels are less than 10, Devils are older than 10. Maddy Saman is the owner and designer of unique Belgian clothing store.
I've always loved being creative and I studied fashion in Belgium. Being in Bali, the conception of desire is very strong income. I felt that there was not much variety and great quality clothing for children, so I decided to start!
The craziness, wackiness of the shop, the wonderful and high end clothing accessories really appeals to children of all ages and sexes. In your opinion, what is the secret that makes it work for you and for children?
It is important that children's clothing is unique and we have clothing available for every occasion. The store is designed for boys, girls and adolescents; the unique clothing and accessories flows back into the store itself!
Was Canggu Plaza a good shot? How was the first year?
A great movement! Canggu square is a place where there is always something to do and it is comfortable. The first year was a learning curve for me; team training, listening to my clients find fabrics and high quality tailors and find out both the small "Devils and Angles" like to wear and you want to see in the shop. An example is that first I had only a few accessories in my shop, but as there were so many requests, I now have a larger collection.

Who designs and manufactures clothes? They are fashionable, even unique, for young children and they like really wear your clothes.
I design all the clothes we have in Angels and Devils: design, fabric selection to check the final details when the garment is finished. I am inspired by my 10 year old daughter and her friends, they really know what they like!
Do you have any plans for expansion?
Not at the moment, my main focus is on the Angels and Devils shop in Canggu, but we received several offers to expand. My main priority is that we remain unique, best service, and our customers appreciate the Angel and Demon experience!
