all the great technological advances that have occurred in the history of humanity, the ability to record things must surely be among the most important. I do not want to write and draw pictures, I mean capturing real images and sounds by means of permanent, then be able to view or read them at will for information and entertainment of the masses. Putting a man on the moon was also very important, but there is much more conspiracy theories that the only documents that we had of him were the notes taken by Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin few sketches.

Before we had the ability to record images and sound, things were certainly different for musicians and actors. Musicians were barely more specially trained staff that could make pleasant noises with their voices or pieces skillfully fashioned wood and metal, and the actors were little more than monkeys show that pranced to do their best to give life the stories written by the very talented people. These are not glamorous professions in fact, they were quite vulgar and those engaged in them were never going to get rich. To earn a living, they had to perform live for payment, whether for a fee or for what they could earn from ticket sales. This remains the case for the majority of musicians and actors today, but at least these professions are respectable these days.

Musicians were the first to benefit from the record when smart shoes Thomas Edison with his phonograph came under his arm in 1878. For the first time, the noise from the melodious servants could be captured and read at will. I'm sure the servants thought it would be a disadvantage at the start, which means they were only required once and the music they produce could be played forever. I imagine soon began to demand higher fees servants for their services, but they have probably been largely ignored and sent to empty the bowl of his lordship. But the public began to love music more than other music and buy in larger quantities and the music industry, and the first stars were born.

Then, in 1896, Edison put his head back around the door with his Vitascope, who became the first commercially viable projector motion pictures in the United States. Now the efforts of the actors could be recorded and played back at will and "movies" has quickly become a popular form of entertainment. Good actors (or better looking) started to become more popular than the others and the film and movie industry stars are born. Thus, thanks to Edison, musicians and actors have been good enough for a little over a century.

Things have changed now. The original, digitally recorded work of musicians and actors can be recorded again (or 'copied' - it's the same) by almost everyone and shared for free to millions of people in an instant via Internet. So even if this "hacking" is highly illegal and the owners of the work are doing their best to stop it, there is less value in the recorded work and more and more value in the performing Arts. Famous musicians used to go on tour doing shows to promote sales of their recorded work. Now, by necessity, more and more are giving away their recorded work online to promote the sale of tickets for their shows. Ironically, modern recording methods erode the fame and fortune the original recording methods gave them there are just over 100 years.

But these are the players going to do? Can you imagine Brangelina on Broadway or Bruce Willis in the West End? It is a possibility, but they would not do the multiple millions of dollars per year they now make cinema costs. It is clear that the West End production Armageddon would not be quite the same impact as the film, so the film will still be needed, but with computer graphics from the way they are, very soon PDAs Hollywood will be able to take a 3D photo of any movie star (or even design their own) and make it do what they want on the big screen and we will not be able to see the join - and it will stay young forever.

Going to the cinema is still something we like to do with other people, even if we could easily (but illegally) watching the latest movies at home for free, we still love do overnight. For this reason, computer technology is a far greater threat to the Hollywood actor as recording technology - but their days are certainly numbered. actors live stage will come to the front and Oscars will be given only for writing, directing and digital magic, etc. Imagine the awards ceremony without tearfully dramatic glamor people, a little less, fat, bald men and nerds thanking their moms.
